HISTORY OF SHELL MOULD UK LTD

Shell Mould UK was founded in Mid 2007, primarily to manufacture tooling to the aerospace and automotive industry.

We have combined knowledge and experience of over 200 Years from our time served at Shell Mould Pattern Plate Co. Ltd.

We are keeping up with modern technology.
We aim to satisfy all of our customers to the best of our ability.
We are based in the Wolverhampton area.

CONVENTIONAL MANUFACTURING

We have a variety of skilled employees which have an heritage in pattern making but have diversified over the years and now specialise in their own fields. This enables us to produce a large variety of work, whether it be
traditional model making or jigs and fixtures.

SERVICES WE OFFER

We Specialise in manufacturing tools for aerospace and automotive but we also manufacture tooling for a wide range of industry's from a variety of materials for a very economical cost.

We offer a comprehensive service, utilising various methods of manufacture by conventional means or by CAD/CAM technology and CNC Machining. This enables us to produce high quality tooling to suit your individual needs and specification in wood, resin, metal etc.

CAD/CAM FACILITIES

Our Design and manufacture facilities include Pro-Engineer, Pro-Toolmaker and NCG CAM, this enables us to Model tooling from drawing, Mylar or imported data and produce Drawings and Plots of the tool designs or just machining files ready for the CNC to produce the hard tooling.
